located on a small street off rue Etienne Marcel in a quartier called 'Mail' where Napoléon Bonaparte actually lived in 1790. Mozart also lived in this area and Dumas writes about this street in his novel, 'La Dame de Monsoreau', so there is a lot of history surrounding this area. When you enter the apartment, you arrive in the open salon and have two large windows directly across from you where there is a small balconette you can step out on. The charming wooden beams on the ceiling make this flat even more inviting.
The living area has two distinctive spaces making it great for company - you can have a cocktail in the salon before moving to the dining space for dinner. Both the salon and dining area can seat four people and the sofa converts to a comfortable bed should you have a guest. To the left of the living room is the entrance to the bedroom that can be discretely hidden with a sliding, mirrored door should you have company. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom along with a work space, cable TV and the combination washer/dryer (hidden in a closet).
The apartment was recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is immediately to the right of the front door and has a large shower along with under-the-floor heating. The toilet and sink are also in this room. The kitchen is to the far right, after the bathroom and features a modern, slate countertop, full-sized oven, two-burner induction stove, a minifridge with freezer and more. In addition to the comforts this apartment provides, you will see that the area provides all the amenities you would need to make yourself at home in Paris.
