This is a farm house with a lot of greenery and nature, consisting of 4 farm rooms with attached toilets. The layout is very comfortable and calming.

We guarantee you utmost care but there are human limitations. We expect you to understand that it's a farm home stay and not a HOTEL. Enjoy the Sun bath in winters with hot tea and pakoras.

A total of 12 people can sleep in the rooms. Extra people are permitted if the group is willing to accommodate. Extra mattresses are available. [Chargeable@ 800/-]. There is a concept of complete buyout of the property ( 4 rooms ) and two tents [ Chargeable]

Please do not consider us for loud, late-night parties. Basic power back up is available.

The farm has interesting setting to cycle, play cricket, football outdoors, and spend time with our pets; Beagle, German Shepherd, ducks and rabbits and hens. Experience outdoor activities like hiking and bicycling.

Don't forget to ask us to make the best omelettes in the world for you.

If you are looking for a cycle ride in the semi-rural setting, goat farm visit, trekking, typical farm life interests you, we are the place.

Guest access

Most part of the farm is accessible to guests. There may be another group of guests or people who would be using the gardens or other common areas for a get together or even party but they will not be able to access any of the area booked for the other guests.

The 4 rooms, Courtyard and the swimming pool is booked Exclusively for the guests. There is also a provision of booking just the 4 rooms and two extra tents that can accommodate 2 people each, to cater to the more adventurous lot. [ Swimming pool exclusion can be opted for, if desired].

Meal Charges:

INR 200/- for Breakfast per person

INR 400/- for Vegetarian meal per person per diet

INR 550/- for non-Vegetarian meal per person per diet.

Fixed Breakfast - Bread toast, Omelette, Aloo Paratha, Tea, Coffee

Fixed Veg diet - Daal, one seasonal vegetable, raita or curd, rice, roti and salad. Fixed Non-Veg diet - one non veg dish butter chicken or red meat, rice, roti, daal, one seasonal vegetable and salad.

Other things to note

We are a family/friends farm home stay. Kindly understand we are a farm home stay and peace is the top most priority. We do not encourage late night parties and hulliganism at this pet friendly venue.

We serve homemade breakfast and meals cooked fresh to your taste. We serve the best home made food, tailor-made to your taste. If you are too tight on budget, we may not be the best option for you. We provide the best and we charge for it.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a fees of 1000 INR per pet.

Swimming pool policy: Swimming pool is accessible from 01 pm to 9:30 pm.

Extra person: Is allowed at 800 INR per person per night.

Towels: As per the guidelines provided by Rajasthan tourism is not provided.

We do not permit late night parties at our place.

The farm is booked exclusively for one family and is not shared.

No smoking inside the bedrooms.

Try and keep the pets outside the bedrooms.

Our nights are quiet as we do not like to disturb our animals. We would like our guests to respect that and avoid going out or coming back between 11 pm and 6 am. F&B service and farm staff team is also unavailable during these hours.
