The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You get a coffee maker, cutlery, dishes & utensils, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, and a toaster.
You just have to stock up on the groceries and start living!

The last bedroom is equipped with a high-end Dyson fan! The first bedroom is a serene retreat designed to look and feel like a home away from home.
The room has light-toned furniture and furnishings to spread positivity and calmness.
You get a double bed and an attached washroom with it.

The second bedroom also comes equipped with a double bed.

- A parking place is available on the street's corner. Pets are not allowed.
- Please note 3 bedrooms works with A/C and 1 with a fan. Standard check-in time is between 3:00PM and 8:00PM.
- It might possible to check-in with other hours, depending on availability, please contact me. A passport or ID is required upon arrival. Please note that the price of the rental may change for special events such as showroom, shooting, wedding....
- I ask that guests treat this apartment as they would their own home and to inform me as soon as possible should they have any problems or difficulties whilst staying at my place.
The Grevin Museum is just at 5 minutes walk away a stone throw from the apartment.
The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 5 minutes walking distance.
The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day.
You could even take the kids to Disneyland via the direct RER A loacted 10 minutes away by foot at the Auber station.
The biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard!
This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco.
For shopping addicts:
Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur
For sightseeing, it is accessible via metro Richelieu-Drouot and within walking distance to the Opéra Garnier, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden.
